Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees, led by the Chairman, is tasked with RCM strategy, mission, metrics, and oversight. Its primary functions include long-term strategy, direction, fundraising, long-term financial planning, and Executive Committee supervision, among others. Based on RCM bylaws, each board member serves for three years and all board members may be re-elected with no limit on the number of terms. An election committee from the community screens and nominates candidates. The RCM Board utilizes a consultative process to make decisions and strives toward consensus before any decision is made.
